POLICIES
Because the coats of arms, badges, and other image files are downloaded, there are no refunds given except in the case of accidental duplicate purchase which we will automatically refund as soon as we see the error. Email us if you think you have been charged more than once and we have missed it.
All Prices in US Funds.
Arms and Badges respects your privacy and our local privacy regulations, and therefore does not share your information with other parties. We keep the minimum amount of information needed to provide the service.
We do not have or want access to credit card information, all payment details are retained by the payment processing service that we use.
We adhere to the privacy legislation and ideals of BC and Canada, there is no third party content on this site and we do not currently use any persistent cookies, if we do need to use cookies in the future it will be to enable features that are for your convenience (like a shopping cart).
For visitors that do not make a purchase, we store only anonymous standard log information (that all web sites collect) which includes the request header information sent by your web browser, this information may be used for troubleshooting site problems or traffic analysis but will not be shared with third parties.
For visitors that make a purchase we have to store your name, email address and what you purchased.

LICENCE AGREEMENT FOR PURCHASED IMAGES
By this agreement, Armorial Gold Heraldry Services grants to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use your purchased images.
You may not loan, rent, sell or otherwise transfer the right to use the images to any other person or entity,
with the exception that you may provide the file temporarily to a service provider to print, engrave, sandblast, etc. on objects.Altering Armorial Gold Images in any way does not void the copyright.
You agree to indemnify and hold Armorial Gold Heraldry Services harmless against any damages or liability of any kind arising from any use of the images other than the permitted uses specified in this agreement.
Armorial Gold images are provided "AS IS." Armorial Gold Heraldry Services makes no warranty, either express or implied, of merchantability, fitness for any particular use, type or quality of image,
or compatibility with any computer or other kind of equipment. Armorial Gold Heraldry Services shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential or incidental,
arising out of the use of, or the inability to use, the images.
THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE GOVERNED BY INTERNATIONAL COPYRIGHT TREATIES
